Ascension Collective was created through a blend of lived experience, professional practice, and a deep respect for the complexity of being human.
My path here was not linear. Early experiences taught me resilience, adaptability, and the importance of safety and consistency. Over time, with support, learning, and reflection, I built stability from the ground up and developed a strong connection to how emotional well-being, structure, and self-trust are deeply intertwined.
Professionally, I spent over a decade working in Human Resources, supporting individuals, teams, and organizations through growth, change, and transition. This work gave me a clear view of how systems impact people—and how often well-being is overlooked in favour of urgency or output.
Alongside my professional experience, I remained committed to personal growth, education, and self-awareness. Through continued learning and trauma-aware practice, I learned how sustainable change happens when care and structure exist together.
Ascension Collective exists to offer what I spent years building for myself: support that is realistic, grounded, and compassionate. This work is about meeting people where they are and helping them move forward in ways that feel safe, steady, and aligned.
This work is grounded in respect for where people are and faith in their ability to move forward at their own pace.
